Job summary

Trustpoint.One, partnering with a respected Washington, DC law firm, seeks a JD or Paralegal with Relativity experience for a document review project.

The temporary assignment is onsite in Washington, DC, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, for an estimated 6+ weeks with start ASAP. Review and organize materials and maintain strict confidentiality while coordinating with the onsite legal team.

Qualifications

  • Paralegal or legal document review experience required.
  • Experience supporting litigation matters.
  • Familiarity with Relativity required.
  • Onsite in Washington, DC, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Document Review - JD or Paralegal, Washington, DC

Trustpoint.One is partnering with a highly regarded law firm in Washington, DC to identifyJD or Paralegal candidates with Relativity experience fora document review project.

This is a temporary job. Details are below:

Start: ASAP

Location: 100% onsite in Washington, DC, Monday through Friday (anticipated hours are from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM). Metro accessible

Duration: anticipated to last 6+ weeks

Responsibilities:
  • Review legal documents and emails using Relativity
  • Carefully review and organize materials in accordance with project guidelines
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Work closely with the onsite legal team to ensure an accurate and efficient review process
Qualifications:
  • Prior paralegal or legal document review experience
  • Experience supporting litigation matters
  • Familiarity with Relativity required
  • Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay rate: $35/hour

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations
  • Work is generally performed sitting, talking, hearing, and typing
  • This is a high-volume screen-based role, requiring constant, prolonged computer usage, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings
  • Visual acuity required for computer use, data analysis, and extended reading
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and document handling
  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds

  • Conduct work in a manner that protects the confidentiality of information, including taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, viewing, or disclosure of sensitive materials
  • Follow all applicable information security, data privacy, and acceptable use policies as communicated by the Company
  • Promptly report any suspected security incidents, breaches, or system vulnerabilities in accordance with Company protocols
