Job description

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with the Atlanta office of an AmLaw firm in their search for a Temporary Real Estate Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:

  • At least three years of Commercial Real Estate paralegal experience in either a law firm or corporate setting.
  • Experience reviewing surveys, title commitments, preparing objection letters, managing interactions with title companies, UCC filings, zoning reports and other due diligence.
Requirements
  • Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
NOTE
  • All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations
  • Work is generally performed sitting, talking, hearing, and typing
  • This is a high-volume screen-based role, requiring constant, prolonged computer usage, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings
  • Visual acuity required for computer use, data analysis, and extended reading
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and document handling
  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighting up to 30 pounds
