Temporary Document Review Paralegal – Washington, DC

Trustpoint.One is partnering with a highly regarded law firm in Washington, DC to identify 3–4 experienced paralegals for an upcoming temporary document review project.

This position will work 100% onsite in Washington, DC, Monday through Friday (anticipated hours are from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM). The project is anticipated to begin the week of September 21, 2026. Duration is currently to be determined.

Responsibilities:
  • Review legal documents, including emails and invoices, as part of an attorney lateral transfer project
  • Carefully review and organize materials in accordance with project guidelines
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Work closely with the onsite legal team to ensure an accurate and efficient review process
Qualifications:
  • Prior paralegal or legal document review experience
  • Experience supporting defense-side attorneys/litigation matters strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Relativity required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with a high volume of documents
  • Professional judgment and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Availability to begin on or around September 21, 2026

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations

  • This is a high-volume screen-based role, requiring constant, prolonged computer usage, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings
  • Visual acuity required for computer use, data analysis, and extended reading
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and document handling
  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reachingli>
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
