Average workweek is about 22 hours at the Hoosier Lottery Headquarters. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and strong customer service skills, with familiarity with phones, cash registers, and basic clerical procedures.

Complete Description

The Hoosier Lottery Customer Service Representative will assist customers with the claims process of Hoosier Lottery prizes, questions related to Hoosier Lottery products and other duties as needed. Individuals will work an average of 22 hours per week at the Hoosier Lottery Headquarters.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival in the Claims Center;
• Ensure all proper documentation is presented prior to claim processing.
• Sell lottery products daily including scratch and draw game products;
• Assist with nightly closing process when needed.
• Provide shift coverage for staff benefit time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent;
• Excellent customer service skills;

Skills Required

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prior administrative clerical experience.- 6 Months
• Demonstrated customer service expereince. - 6 Months
• Basic phone, register, and office equipment experience.

Highly Desired Skills

Experience with nightly closeouts, cash counts and deposit prep.
