Job summary

CHG Healthcare in Utah is seeking a Temporary Convention Coordinator to join our Conventions team. This entry‑level, temporary role supports planning and execution of trade shows and association events across CHG brands, coordinating with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure accurate event details and smooth pre‑show preparation.

The position reports to the Senior Manager of Conventions and emphasizes organized systems, detail orientation, and proactive research.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong organization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort researching information, summarizing findings, and presenting organized documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with convention project setup, meetings, timelines, and task tracking.
• Research and gather event information from associations and maintain documentation.
• Build and maintain internal show information decks for stakeholders.
• Help with pricing research for sponsorships and booth upgrades; compile summaries.
• Coordinate logistics like shipping, order tracking, vendor details, and status reports.
• Maintain records of conventions, deadlines, and post-show documentation.
• Ensure alignment with company policies and brand guidelines.
• Provide general administrative support to the Conventions team.
