Collectors is seeking an Event Coordinator to join our Events team to support planning and execution of internal and external shows. You will manage deadlines, coordinate with vendors, and track costs from booking through teardown.

The role offers hybrid work options with on-site expectations near our Plano, TX or Santa Ana offices and occasional travel. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience in conventions or large-scale events, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting conventions, trade shows, festivals, sports/collectibles events, gaming events, or experiential activations.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and pivot quickly to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage deadlines for multiple events.
• Coordinate event needs with vendors (signage, utilities, furniture, décor, etc.).
• Track costs and report financial concerns in a timely manner.
• Keep event costs within budget and flag risks to the Event Director.
• Plan details to anticipate potential issues.
• Create booth and room layouts including traffic flow and power/Internet placement.
• Travel to manage events onsite as needed.
• Audit event pages to ensure accuracy of services and pricing per show.
