Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio company, is actively recruiting for a Temporary Contract Data Migration Specialist to support a medical equipment company with a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system refresh.
- Client: Medical equipment company.
- Duration: Approximately four to six months, with the possibility of an extension.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 or more hours per week.
- Employment Type: Temporary contract assignment.
The Contract Data Migration Specialist will assist with reviewing, cleaning, and migrating legacy contract information into the client’s CLM system. This role is well suited for a legal assistant, data administrator, paralegal, administrative professional, or data-entry specialist who is comfortable reviewing contracts, validating information, and working with large volumes of data.
Responsibilities
- Review legacy contracts and associated metadata in preparation for migration into the CLM system.
- Identify duplicate records and merge or de-duplicate information as appropriate.
- Validate contract data and correct incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate information.
- Migrate contracts and related data from legacy repositories into the updated CLM platform.
- Confirm that contract records are complete, accurate, and properly organized.
- Maintain document naming conventions, file structures, and data-entry standards throughout the migration.
- Track completed work and elevate data discrepancies or contract issues requiring additional review.
- Provide clerical and administrative support related to the CLM refresh and data-migration process.
Qualifications
- Experience with data entry, data cleanup, document management, or records administration.
- Strong clerical, administrative, and organizational skills.
- Ability to review detailed information and identify duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records.
- Comfort working with contracts, legal documents, databases, and electronic document repositories.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new systems and processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while managing a high volume of records.
- Previous experience as a legal assistant, data administrator, paralegal, contract administrator, or administrative assistant is preferred.
- Prior experience with a Contract Lifecycle Management system is helpful but not required.
