Berklee College of Music seeks a Temporary Content Migration and Training Assistant to update ITS pages, transfer content to the Help Center, and build training materials for Workday Student. The role requires strong writing, organization, and collaboration, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Drupal.
Responsibilities include tracking training participation, proofreading communications, and supporting ad hoc projects.
Under the direction of the Associate Director for Training and Communications, the Temporary Content Migration and Training Assistant is responsible for updating content on ITS webpages in preparation for the Berklee-wide site redesign, transferring content from berklee.edu to the ITS Help Center knowledge base, creating and organizing training materials for the Workday Student project, tracking training participation, and proofreading student communications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and writing skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Google Workspace and Drupal.
Hiring Range: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour; hourly rate dependent on relevant experience and education.
