Job summary

Berklee College of Music seeks a Temporary Content Migration and Training Assistant to update ITS pages, transfer content to the Help Center, and build training materials for Workday Student. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Gmail) and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Update content on ITS webpages and support site redesign.
• Transfer content from berklee.edu to the ITS Help Center knowledge base.
• Create and organize training materials for the Workday Student project.
• Track training participation and proofread student communications.
• Edit and proofread emails, announcements, and other materials.
• Assist with special ad hoc projects and team coordination.
