Student & Supervisor Support: Serve as the primary contact for inquiries regarding eligibility, hiring, onboarding, and payroll policies across virtual, email, and in-person channels.

Generalist Advising & Career Education

First-Line Guidance: Provide generalist career guidance via scheduled appointments, drop-in hours, and small-group sessions, referring complex inquiries to specialized Career Advisors.

Workshop Facilitation: Deliver orientations and presentations using established career curriculum on topics like résumés, interviewing, and job-search strategies.

Signature Events: Assist with department-wide programming and signature events, including Career Jam, the Job Expo, boot camps, and industry trips.

Operations & Center Support

Facility & Space Management: Coordinate room reservations, shared calendars, and physical space readiness (computers, video conferencing, furniture setup) for advising, interviews, and employer visits.

Tech Logistics & Troubleshooting: Perform routine technology checks, maintain equipment inventories, and troubleshoot issues alongside IT, Facilities, and Public Safety.
