Open Management is hiring a Temporary Community Manager at our Bloomington, Illinois manufactured housing community. This on-site role focuses on leadership, resident relations, and daily operations to drive occupancy and financial performance.

The position is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with strong teamwork and accountability. Compensation includes an hourly rate of $24.00–$25.00 with potential bonuses, plus PTO, holidays, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Leadership and customer service experience with residents and teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and property management tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collections, late notices, and evictions as needed
• Enforce park rules and regulations for resident safety
• Monitor income/expenses to meet financial targets
• Oversee on-site operations including maintenance and vendor relations
• Coordinate repairs and renovations as needed
• Show available homes to prospects and manage occupancy
• Manage move-ins/outs and applications
• Set rental rates via market surveys and analysis
• Assist with marketing to attract new prospects and maintain occupancy levels
• Collaborate across teams with initiative and leadership
