Qualifications

• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and technology.
• Prior property management experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collections, late notices, and evictions as needed.
• Enforce park rules for a safe, clean environment for residents.
• Monitor income/expenses to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Oversee on-site operations including maintenance and renovations; manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate repairs and renovations, show available homes to prospects, and drive occupancy.
