Pivotal in Bloomington, IL, seeks a Community Manager for Lincoln Lofts (110 units across two buildings). You will oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, resident services, and financial performance to keep the community well-managed and inviting.

Required are 3-5+ years in property management, 2-5+ years in Tax Credit experience, and strong communication with a focus on resident satisfaction. On-call duties may apply; on-site role with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years years of property management experience.
• 2-5+ years of Tax Credit experience.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Curiosity, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
• Prior experience with YARDi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community, including compliance and financial performance.
• Manage concierge resident services and maintenance coordination.
• Assist in budgeting, reporting, and reporting of key KPIs.
• Maintain the property appearance and competitive positioning.
• Guide and train team members for service excellence.
