Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community in Chico, CA. The role reports to the Regional Manager and manages staff, leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk, ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.
Ideal candidates have on-site property management experience, CAM/ARM preferred, and are proficient with property management software. Regular on-site attendance and strong leadership are required.

$23.50 per hour to $25.50 per hour
Compensation reflects qualifications, experience, and certifications.
