Pivotal Housing Partners LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee Lincoln Lofts in Bloomington, IL. This on-site role covers daily operations, compliance, concierge resident services, and financial performance for a 110-unit, two-building multifamily community.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years of property management and 2–5+ years of Tax Credit experience, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. On-call duties and opportunities for growth are included in the role.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of property management experience.
• 2–5+ years of Tax Credit experience.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Curiosity, critical thinking, and problem solving.
• Prior experience with YARDi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community.
• Ensure compliance and financial performance.
• Coordinate concierge resident services and maintenance.
