Formación

• Three or more years of healthcare management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead productive, engaged teams and work with providers.
• Knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and revenue/expense management in a healthcare setting.

• Communicate organizational goals to clinic staff and advocate for the team to leadership.
