CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Practice Manager II to oversee ambulatory practices for 12+ providers and supervise all staff within an integrated system. You will drive strategic plans, manage budgets, and serve as a liaison for service lines and joint ventures to expand services and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.

You will bring strong administrative and financial management skills, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of outpatient clinic operations across specialties.

• Oversees day-to-day activities of 35 designated practices within an assigned geographic area.
• Develops, monitors, and responds to financial, service, and quality indicators across responsibilities.
• Recruits, coaches, and mentors staff to achieve high-quality patient care outcomes.
• Develops, recommends, and manages capital and operating budgets in line with strategic plans.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and accrediting bodies, implementing changes as needed.
