Job summary

The role is split approximately 60% sales and 40% operations, requiring strong organizational skills and a commercial focus.

You will support POS accuracy, inventory management, and loss prevention while maintaining brand standards and contributing to the achievement of sales KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience achieving individual sales goals in a customer-centric retail role.
• Organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment with close attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain a client portfolio and influence others.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team; service-oriented and inclusive approach.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as carrying, pushing/pulling, kneeling, and reaching.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and meet sales KPIs including appointments, client segmentation, and key account programs.
• Balance time between client engagement and operational duties to support store commercial goals.
• Process POS transactions accurately, including client data capture and proper wrapping.
• Manage product receiving, transfers, consolidations, cycle counts, and replenishment of packaging.
• Support send sale orders, consignments, and repairs ensuring compliance with policies.
• Manage negative on-hand inventory and loan reconciliations in partnership with store leadership.
• Lead and assist with biannual physical inventory preparation and reconciliation.
