Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales through product knowledge, and uphold visual standards. The role involves building client books, managing inquiries, and supporting store operations with flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will use POS and inventory systems, participate in stocking, and help train new advisors while maintaining professional appearance and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Strong drive for results with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using POS systems and inventory management.
• RTW experience preferred.
• Foreign language skills a plus; team-oriented.
• Organizational skills and high digital literacy; ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all Client Advisor metrics and CRM requirements and meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Build and maintain client books; manage client correspondence and follow-through on inquiries and special requests.
• Use POS and inventory systems accurately and update the customer database.
• Participate in stocking/restocking, regular store maintenance, and may open/close the store as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code, visual standards, loss prevention, and health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with repairs, special orders, returns, and support training of new Client Advisors.
