Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Sales Support Advisor to provide elevated client service and operational support in our New York luxury store. You will work closely with Store Management and Client Advisors to ensure a seamless in-store experience and uphold brand presentation.

Responsibilities include engaging clients, assisting with transfers from back-of-house to front-of-house, and supporting inventory, visual merchandising, and service requests.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience or equivalent in luxury environment.
• Hospitality/service background desirable.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
