This role serves as a central point of contact for inquiries and orders, ensuring accuracy and timely communication to stores for execution. You will handle calls and emails, enter orders into the FoodStorm system, process changes, cancellations, and special requests, and maintain detailed customer records.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in call center, customer service, hospitality, retail, or admin.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, email and Teams.
• Strong customer service and telephone communication skills.
• Excellent written communication and data-entry abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with catering/order management software is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming catering calls and respond to inquiries regarding menu offerings, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Take and enter catering orders accurately into the FoodStorm catering management system.
• Process order changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Monitor and respond to catering emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Confirm order details with customers and assist with issue resolution.
• Coordinate with store catering teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Support online order management and follow up on customer requests as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Assist with billing inquiries and payment-related questions.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience on every interaction.
