Job summary

CNA is seeking a Catering Support Associate to assist with event setups, deliveries and guest service at on-site events. You will help maintain food and beverage stations, ensure timely restocks and respond to guest requests with courtesy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include preparing buffet displays, brewing coffee, cleaning stations, and restoring the space for future functions. A team player with strong customer service and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs is required; some overtime

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in hospitality, catering or related function.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, customer service and teamwork abilities.
• Physical: Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform demanding tasks.
• Other: This on-site role requires reliable schedule and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receives catering deliveries, checks accuracy and responds to issues.
• Prepares food for buffet display and replating as needed.
• Arrange tables, linens, utensils, plates and signage per event specs.
• Brews coffee, cools drinks and supplies in-house items.
• Keeps all food/beverage stations ready before events start.
• Replenishes buffet stations and attends guest needs.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization throughout events.
• Clears tables, stores leftovers, and resets area for next function.
• Provides courteous and professional guest assistance.
• Follows food safety standards and hygiene protocols.
• Monitors and Restocks galley supplies; reports issues.
• Stocks beverages in conference room refrigerators; orders supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
