SSA Group is seeking a Catering Associate to help deliver warm, welcoming experiences at catered events. You will manage setup, service, and breakdown, while ensuring high standards of food presentation, safety, and guest satisfaction.

The role requires endurance for manual labor and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and staff. You will support both front- and back-of-house tasks, oversee inventory, and collaborate with the Catering Supervisor and Operations Manager to resolve

Responsabilidades

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming guest experiences.
• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory of catering items.
• Fulfill guest needs quickly and resolve complaints effectively.
• Set up, execute, breakdown, and cleanup of catered events.
• Explain menus, presentation, and food service techniques to guests.
• Assist with back-of-house and front-of-house duties for productivity.
• Move and store rental items, buffet cards and catering gear.
• Support supervisors with on-site problem solving during events.
