Netpace Inc. is seeking a Temporary Catering Call Center Associate to support catering customers and store teams from Bedminster, NJ. This role serves as the central contact for inquiries and orders, ensuring accurate entry, updates, and clear communication to stores for execution.

The position requires strong customer service, data entry, and multitasking skills, with exposure to catering or food service software being a plus. This is a 2+ month engagement with potential extensions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of call center or related experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, email and Teams.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Excellent written communication, including email.
• Data entry and multi-system navigation ability.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Catering/food service or order management software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming catering calls and respond to inquiries about menu offerings, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Take and enter catering orders into FoodStorm system.
• Process order changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Monitor and respond to catering emails professionally.
• Confirm order details with customers and assist with issue resolution.
• Coordinate with store catering teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Support online order management and follow up on customer requests as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Assist with billing inquiries and payment questions.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience on every interaction.
