Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming catering calls and respond to inquiries about menu offerings, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Take and enter catering orders into FoodStorm system.
• Process order changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Monitor and respond to catering emails professionally.
• Confirm order details with customers and assist with issue resolution.
• Coordinate with store catering teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Support online order management and follow up on customer requests as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Assist with billing inquiries and payment questions.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience on every interaction.
