Metropolitan Family Service seeks a Bilingual Client Facilitator (Temporary) to support tax site operations in Beaverton. You will interpret between Spanish-speaking clients and volunteers, assist with intake and eligibility, and help manage client flow.

The role requires delivering accurate interpretation, coordinating with tax preparers, and maintaining confidentiality. This temporary position runs Jan 2027–Apr 2027 with 16–30 hours per week, primarily Wed–Sun, 8:30 am–5:00 pm.

Formación

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish required.
• Excellent customer service skills with diverse populations in high-stress settings.
• De-escalation techniques and trauma-informed care principles applied to client support.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome clients at the tax site and perform intake and eligibility screening.
• Check-in clients, schedule appointments, and guide flow through the site.
• Provide clear Spanish-English interpretation during client interactions for intake and tax preparation.
