Job summary

Metropolitan Family Service seeks a Bilingual Client Facilitator for a temporary position at the Beaverton office. Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Experience in customer service and intake preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Familiarity with Google Suite and scheduling software
• Flexible 16–30 hour schedule and temporary status

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming environment for all clients at the tax site
• Screen and onboard clients for eligibility for MFS CASH Oregon services
• Check-in clients, schedule appointments, and guide site flow
• Offer clear Spanish-English interpretation during client interactions
• Interpret communications for Spanish-speaking clients to support volunteers
• Respond to general inquiries and provide referrals in English and Spanish
• Handling inquiries by phone and returning calls as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and data
• Assist with site operations and other duties as assigned
• Be available to staff and support other tax sites as necessary
