Job summary

Hemet Global Medical Center is seeking a Temporary Benefits Specialist to manage and administer employee benefits on a full-time, temporary basis in the United States. The role requires handling inquiries, enrollments, and claims, while coordinating between employees, providers, and internal teams to ensure compliant benefits operations.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of benefits administration experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with benefits software and MS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience working with employee benefits administration or HR.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Proficiency with benefits administration software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and vendors.
• Medical, dental and vision coverage is provided for all full time and part time employees
• Medical is 100% employer paid including dependents

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer employee benefits programs on a full-time, temporary basis.
• Handle benefits-related inquiries, enrollments, and claims accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as liaison between employees, benefits providers, and internal departments.
• Analyze benefits data and assist with benefits communication.
• Support implementation of benefits policies and procedures.
