Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our on-site team in Florida. The role focuses on leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day property operations across our communities.

You will help implement retention programs, ensure excellent service, and support marketing efforts while coordinating with management to drive occupancy and performance. The ideal candidate has strong communication, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to high standards of

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with move out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including calls, requests, and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Develop and track marketing strategies (advertising, promotions, publications).
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations, repairs, and landscaping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
