Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our residential property team in the United States. The role focuses on leasing activities, resident relations, and coordinating maintenance and marketing efforts to drive occupancy and retention.

You will support lease renewals, analyze leasing reports, and help manage rent collections while adhering to company standards and safety policies.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and organizational tasks.

Aufgaben

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Develop and track marketing strategies, including advertising and promotions.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations, needed repairs and landscaping.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
