Job summary

Augusta University is seeking a Temporary Admissions Operations Assistant to process applications, manage admissions documents, and support decisioning and transcript evaluation. The position emphasizes patient-centered service, attention to detail, and the ability to learn Banner, Slate, and other systems as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with one year of admin or customer service experience.
• Preference given to experience with Banner SIS, Slate CRM or reporting systems.
• Strong MS Office knowledge and ability to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process applications for all incoming students from multiple systems.
• Perform data entry and maintain student information in university systems.
• Assist in transcript evaluation and admissions decisioning.
• Communicate decisions and documentation requests to students and staff.
• Support Admissions operations and related tasks as assigned.
