Job description

This education-focused association is seeking temporary administrative support for their content team. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring departmental reports, proofreading, database entry and management, and providing any ad hoc administrative support to assist a busy, fast-paced team. The ideal candidate excels at working with spreadsheets and tracking information with a sharp eye for detail. They also demonstrate professionalism and strong customer service skills when interacting with internal and external contacts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly content, budget, and financial tracking reports.
  • Create, edit, and manage spreadsheets while tracking and coding invoices and financial reports. Execute and follow up on invoicing on the department’s behalf.
  • Proofread and edit content and materials with strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation in mind.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries via email, tracking material deadlines and handling requests for the content department.
  • Assist the department in creating contracts, documents, reports, and materials by following templates and leveraging strong technical skills.

The hourly listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
