  • Coordinate calendars, meeting logistics, materials, and other details for staff and organizational leadership.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives across the organization, providing hands‑on support wherever needed.
  • Assist with organizational communications, marketing efforts, and other projects that support the team’s programs and outreach.
  • Take on additional administrative responsibilities as needed, adapting to the evolving needs of a small and collaborative office.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Join a mission‑driven international nonprofit with a long history of humanitarian work and a strong commitment to its global community.
  • Work closely with a small, collaborative team where your ideas and contributions can directly shape programs and initiatives.
  • Full‑time employees receive 100% employer‑paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with paid time off and federal holidays.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced. You have approximately three years of experience providing administrative support in an office environment, ideally supporting an executive, team, nonprofit, association, or similar organization.
  • People‑focused. You are polished, professional, responsive, and comfortable interacting with members, leadership, and visitors.
  • A strong communicator. You have excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills and know how to exercise diplomacy and discretion.
  • Tech‑comfortable. You are proficient with Microsoft Office, and have experience with tools such as Zoom, email marketing platforms, database management, SurveyMonkey, or similar systems.
  • Creative and adaptable. You enjoy working in an evolving environment, bringing new ideas to the table, and taking on a variety of responsibilities.
