Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hotel management or business administration or equivalent.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong leadership and employee development skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
• Ability to take initiative and maintain accountability.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and adapt to changing priorities.
