HRforGrowth is recruiting for a client for the Temporary Fulfillment Center Operations Associate role. The position sits on the warehouse floor, processing orders by picking and packing, and ensuring shipments are sent and received safely.

The environment can vary with client needs and seasonal temperature changes. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, can stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and is comfortable using a warehouse application.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, reliable, organized, and proactive.
• Experience in a warehouse environment and ability to learn new software.
• Basic math skills and computer literacy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, QA, and manage inventory of products.
• Pick/pack customer orders using an internal warehouse application.
• Collaborate with Inventory Specialist to prepare deliveries for shipment.
• Adhere to all safety policies and complete safety training.
• Perform quality control inspections and handle other duties as assigned.
