Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or 2 years’ experience in field or related area.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional and pleasant telephone manner.
• Demonstrate strong PC skills and familiarity with PC operating systems (Windows 10, etc.).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide support via phone, resolving issues timely and accurately.
• Provide innovative solutions and system modifications to address and reduce customer issues.
• Plan, administer, and support client hardware and software devices.
• Continually improve programs and processes through practical action plans and QA.
