Caleres Inc. in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Temporary Technical Support analyst to assist with customer service, hardware and software troubleshooting, and process improvement. The role offers hands-on experience with our brands and a potential conversion to full-time after 2–3 months.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting procedures, and delivering timely resolutions while upholding our standards for quality and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field, or 2 years of equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional and pleasant telephone manner.
• Demonstrate strong PC skills and familiarity with PC operating systems (Windows 10, etc.)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based customer support, resolving issues quickly and accurately.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to address and reduce issues.
• Troubleshoot and support client hardware and software devices.
• Participate in process improvement through action plans and quality assurance.
