Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls, emails, and faxes from providers requesting radiology services.
• Coordinate complex appointment scheduling linking consults and ancillary services.
• Provide patients with information on radiology testing, directions, and educational materials.
• Interview callers to understand information requests and ensure clarity.
• Maintain high quality customer service and support Munson Healthcare image.
