The ideal candidate will manage commercial accounts, communicate with customers, and coordinate with accounting and sales to resolve invoice discrepancies. This temp-to-hire position offers competitive hourly pay and exposure to a dynamic revenue cycle team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial collections within oilfield or similar industries.
• Experience with third‑party billing systems (Airbase/Open Invoice or equivalents).
• Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of commercial accounts and track balances.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online payments.
• Review aging reports and prioritize collections by risk.
• Investigate discrepancies and disputes affecting payment timelines.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, sales, and invoicing to resolve issues.
• Prepare collection and account status reports for management.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and commitments.
