A Texas-based oilfield services client in West Houston seeks a Billing Specialist/Administrator for a temp-to-hire role. You will review field tickets, verify data, and generate invoices using Dynamics 365; ensure timely billing and resolve discrepancies to meet customer requirements.

You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, EDI, and Collections, handling exceptions and maintaining accurate records. This is a hands-on billing position with emphasis on accuracy and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Review assigned field tickets and sales orders for completeness, accuracy, and timely billing.
• Validate customer information, service dates, quantities, pricing, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare, post, and submit invoices through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and customer billing portals.
• Monitor pending, rejected, disputed, and unbilled transactions; research and resolve exceptions promptly.
• Coordinate corrections with Operations, Sales, EDI, Collections, and other internal teams.
• Identify pricing discrepancies and obtain approvals before adjustments.
• Investigate duplicate charges and customer disputes per approval procedures.
• Maintain customer-specific billing requirements and accurate system statuses, supporting records, and documented follow-up.
• Provide billing status, productivity, aging, and exception reports; escalate as needed.
