Qualifications

• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records and ability to navigate EHR systems.
• Familiarity with Electronic Verification System.
• Proficiency with telephone systems and etiquette; MS Office and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Enter appointments accurately into the EHR system.
• Check-in clients and notify the proper provider promptly.
• Check-out clients and add services to provider schedule.
• Verify benefits prior to rendering of services.
• Email updates to providers/staff about insurance changes.
• Monitor schedules for errors and insurance restrictions.
