Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Project Coordinator in Corona, CA to support commercial plumbing projects from award through closeout on a temp-to-hire basis. The role emphasizes organization, coordination with field teams and vendors, and accurate documentation to keep projects on track.

The position oversees operations, project management, procurement, billing, scheduling, and closeout activities in a fast-paced construction environment, with strong teamwork and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction projects preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage documentation and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and organize project documentation, including job folders, plans, contact lists, contracts, insurance records, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout files.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deadlines, meetings, action items, inspections, procurement activities, and field readiness across underground, rough-in, and finish phases.
• Communicate with project managers, field teams, vendors, suppliers, general contractors, accounting, and leadership to support project execution and timely follow-through.
• Request and track vendor quotes, long-lead items, equipment rentals, delivery schedules, material requisitions, and procurement needs to help prevent project delays.
• Assist with monthly billing support, percent-complete verification, time and material documentation, pending change orders, budget tracking, and audit‑ready project records.
• Support jobsite logistics, manpower coordination, safety documentation, site visits, punch list completion, and final closeout documentation, including warranties, as-builts, and O&M manuals.
