Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Project Manager - Construction to lead commercial plumbing projects in the Puget Sound region from preconstruction through closeout. The role requires ownership of budgets, schedules, and profitability while coordinating with field leaders, general contractors and owners to keep projects on track.

The position is direct hire and based in Bothell, WA, with travel primarily local to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and multifamily plumbing projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Own project budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, billing, change orders, and overall profitability.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating milestones with field leadership and general contractors.
• Serve as a key point of contact for general contractors, owners, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, change management, BIM/VDC coordination, and project documentation.
• Conduct jobsite visits, track labor productivity, resolve project challenges, and lead closeout activities.
