Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a temporary Test Administrator in San Antonio, TX at 3619 Paesanos Parkway. This is a temporary, part-time on-site role through February 2027, offering starting pay of $17.75 per hour plus eligible sick time.

Responsibilities include check-in, ID verification, proctoring, and basic maintenance of the testing environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Must be able to sit for long periods and escort candidates to testing room.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 20 lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a quiet testing environment.
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Complete light housekeeping duties and assist with other duties as assigned.
