Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a part-time Test Administrator for Fresno, CA. This temporary role runs until February 1, 2027, with shifts across mornings, days, and evenings, including some Saturdays. The position focuses on secure exam delivery and excellent customer service in a quiet testing environment.

Starting pay is $17.90 per hour, with accrued paid sick time. Training and support are provided; flexibility is required to cover varying schedules and test sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Must be able to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing.
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues.
• Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate’s examination.
• Other duties as assigned.
