Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a part-time Test Administrator to join our Falls Church, VA team at 5275 Leesburg Pike, Suite 440, Falls Church VA 22041. Starting pay is $17.75 per hour with accrued paid sick time.

The Test Administrator will ensure secure exam delivery, assist candidates, and maintain a clean testing environment. Flexible shifts are available across 7am–10pm, about 8–12 hours weekly, with opportunities for more as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to sit for long periods and assist candidates to testing rooms.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 20 lbs with accommodation.
• Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment and observe details from a distance.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable, friendly environment.
• Check in testing candidates, verify identifications, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
• Complete light housekeeping duties (vacuuming, sanitizing keyboards) after each examination.
• Other duties as assigned.
