Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a part-time Test Administrator in Visalia, CA (5300 Tulare Ave). You will deliver exams securely while delivering excellent customer service in a calm testing environment. The role is 10-15 hours per week with potential for more as needed.

Responsibilities include candidate check-in, ID verification, proctoring, technical troubleshooting, and light housekeeping. Requires high school diploma and 1+ year in customer service; exposure to MS Office helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a quiet testing environment.
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during testing and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Complete light housekeeping duties and assist as needed.
