Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a temporary Test Administrator for our San Antonio, TX site at 3619 Paesanos Parkway. The role focuses on secure exam delivery and excellent customer service in a quiet testing environment.

The position runs through February 2027 with starting pay of $17.75 per hour and eligibility for accrued paid sick time. Responsibilities include candidate check-in, proctoring, identifying issues, and light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Beginner to intermediate in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor / invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot with internal teams to fix technical issues.
• Complete light housekeeping duties in the testing area.
