Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Talent Sourcer (Temporary) to build pipelines for engineering, manufacturing and operations roles, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to identify exceptional candidates. You will proactively source passive talent through X, LinkedIn Recruiter and technical forums, while maintaining a personal touch and representing SpaceX with professionalism and enthusiasm.

You will be part of a collaborative team with autonomy, conducting outreach, phone screens, and tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience
• Experience with building talent pipelines for engineering/technical roles
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, niche technical forums, and other channels
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing and research tools to increase pipeline speed and quality while maintaining a personal touch
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategy
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens to assess interest and qualifications
• Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health and share data with recruiters and teams
• Represent SpaceX’s mission and culture to prospective candidates
• Stay current on market trends, competitor talent pools, and compensation benchmarks
