Job summary

You will source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and forums; develop pipelines; leverage AI-powered tools to speed hiring while keeping a personal touch;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years recruiting experience, or associate degree with 2+ years.
• Alternatively, 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and forums.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for engineering roles.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to speed pipelines.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategy.
• Conduct initial outreach and phone screens to assess fit.
• Track metrics and pipeline health and share data with teams.
• Represent SpaceX's mission and culture to candidates.
• Stay current on market trends and compensation benchmarks.
